CLIPKIT / VIDEO RESIZER
The right dimensions.
For every destination.
Turn landscape clips into portrait posts, make smaller copies, or fit an exact canvas. Keep the whole picture or choose which edges to crop.
Your files
One batch. The right canvas.
Add up to 10 videos. The same canvas settings apply to each, with its original shape preserved.
Choose files to get started.
From half-size to custom
Use a percentage for proportional copies, a familiar preset, or exact even pixel dimensions. Each source is resized independently.
Fit it. Or fill it.
Keep every edge with colored padding, or crop to fill the canvas. Position controls let you favor the left, right, top or bottom.
Enlargement is your choice
Upscaling is off by default. Original files stay unchanged and are not uploaded. Preview each MP4 before sharing.
Dimensions, quality and browser limits
Export uses H.264 / AAC MP4. Dimensions must be even, 2–4096 pixels per side, and at most 8 megapixels. Percentage scaling ranges from 10% to 200%; larger canvases with enlargement disabled may add padding instead of enlarging the picture. Presets are convenient canvas sizes, not guarantees of a social network’s current requirements.
Fit preserves the full picture. Fill crops it without stretching. Different source aspect ratios can produce different padding or crop amounts in the same batch. Rotation and display aspect ratio are respected. Resizing cannot recover missing detail or guarantee a smaller file.
Many MP4, MOV, WebM and MKV files work, but corrupt, encrypted, HDR and unsupported codecs are rejected. Use up to 10 files of 512 MiB each. Browser resources can limit long recordings; keep this page open. The engine downloads about 31 MiB on first use. Extra tracks, subtitles, descriptive tags, attachments and chapters are omitted.
