CLIPKIT / EXTRACT FRAMES
Find the stills.
Inside the story.
Capture a sequence or pick specific moments. Export checked JPG or PNG images, individually or together in a ZIP with their requested timestamps.
Make each moment useful
Choose a video, then set the moments you want to capture.
Use the video controls to choose a moment. For formats your browser cannot play, enter timestamps manually; the extraction engine checks the source.
Choose a video to get started.
Your extracted frames
Download all as ZIPA sequence or a shortlist
Capture at a regular interval, use a frame rate for a short section, or list specific timestamps. Start and end controls help keep the selection focused.
Images you can use
Choose compact JPG or PNG for lossless encoding of decoded frames. Download individual images or a ZIP containing every frame and a CSV time manifest.
Keep footage on your device
Nothing is uploaded. Rotation and display proportions are respected, and descriptive source tags are omitted from exported images.
Timing accuracy, image sizes and limits
The engine seeks to the requested moments and decodes video frames. A timestamp between source frames resolves to an available decoded frame, rather than inventing a new picture. Near the end, seeking is limited to an estimated last-frame boundary. The CSV records requested and seek times; variable-frame-rate or unusual recordings can differ slightly.
Extract 1–100 images per job. If a range exceeds that limit, shorten it or increase the interval. End is exclusive. The total image data is capped at 128 MiB and individual frames at 16 megapixels. Choose smaller dimensions for large sources. No enlargement is applied.
Many common video files work, but corrupt, encrypted, HDR and unsupported codecs are rejected. Sources can be up to 512 MiB. Browser memory can limit large extractions. The engine downloads about 31 MiB on first use. Keep this page open; previous completed downloads stay available after cancellation.
