Archival appearance mode rasterizes selected pages, then exports PDF/A-2b. Text, forms, links and signatures are flattened. Mixed page sizes fit the first page. An independent conformance certificate is not generated in this browser. Validate important archives with veraPDF.

The Office engine downloads only when you convert. It is about 250 MB uncompressed and needs substantial memory; a desktop browser is recommended. Keep this tab open.

Documents and passwords are processed locally in this browser. Engine files download from AllNewTools. Account and credit requests do not include your document. Large files may exceed your device memory. Converting a file can change its layout and invalidate signatures; keep the original.
