These terms cover your use of AllNewTools. By using the site, you agree to them. We have written them in plain language on purpose.
The service
AllNewTools provides free browser-based utilities. Tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep them accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee any specific result.
Free forever, no account needed
Every tool works without an account. Accounts are optional and exist only for convenience features (saving work, favorites, dynamic QR codes). We will never put a paywall in front of the core tools.
Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person; do not share accounts or resell access.
- We may disable accounts used for abuse, spam, or attempts to disrupt the service.
Dynamic QR codes
Members can create dynamic QR codes whose destination link can be edited later. Scan counts are provided for your own codes. Do not use dynamic QR codes to redirect to phishing, malware, or illegal content — we will disable offending codes and accounts.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, circumvent limits, or use tools on content you do not have the rights to process. Automated bulk extraction of website images should respect the target site's terms and robots.txt.
Your files and content
Processing happens locally in your browser — we never see or store your files. Content you create with the tools (converted images, PDFs, QR codes) is yours to use freely, including commercially. Content you save to your library or publish (e.g. blog comments, if enabled) remains yours; you grant us only the right to store and display it back to you.
Intellectual property
The AllNewTools name, logo, and site design are our property. Do not copy the site wholesale or present it as your own.
Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties: Google for sign-in (their terms apply to the sign-in step), CDNs for open-source libraries. We are not responsible for those services' availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which, for a free service, is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site grows. Continued use after changes means you accept the current terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.

Are the tools really free?
Yes. Every core tool is free with no account required, and we will never paywall them. Optional account features (saving work, dynamic QR codes) are also currently free.
Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. Accounts are optional and only add convenience: saved library, favorites, history, and dynamic QR codes.
Who owns the files I create with the tools?
You do. Anything you convert, generate, or export is yours to use freely, including commercially.
Can my account be disabled?
Only for abuse: spam, phishing via dynamic QR codes, attempts to disrupt the service, or other violations of these terms. Normal use is never a problem.
What happens to my saved work if I delete my account?
It is deleted with your account: library items, favorites, dynamic QR codes, and personal data are removed.
