Most AllNewTools utilities process files locally in your browser. The optional Gemini AI tools send the prompt and selected file directly to Google when you choose Generate. This policy explains the distinction and how accounts, cookies and analytics work.

Your files stay yours

Every tool processes files locally on your device using JavaScript. We never receive, see, or store the files you open in our tools — not images, not PDFs, nothing.

Accounts: what we store

Using tools does not require an account. If you choose to create one, we store:

• Your name and email address
• A one-way hash of your password (we cannot see your password)
• Things you explicitly save: library items, favorites, dynamic QR codes, invoice drafts

We never sell this data and never share it with third parties for marketing.

Optional AI tools and image search

Your Gemini API key is saved in this browser’s local storage, not in your AllNewTools account. Use AI settings to remove it, especially on a shared device. Requests include your prompt, the chosen model and any selected image or PDF, and go directly to Google. Google’s applicable terms, data handling rules, model access and quotas govern those requests. Outputs are not automatically saved to your AllNewTools account.

Stock Photo Search sends search terms to Openverse. Result thumbnails load from their hosting providers. Follow each result’s source and license links before reuse.

Theme preference

Your light or dark appearance preference is stored locally in this browser.

Sign in with Google

If you sign in with Google, Google sends us your name, email address, and profile photo so we can create your account. We do not receive your Google password or access to your Google account. Google's handling of that data is covered by Google's Privacy Policy.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of storage mechanisms, and nothing else:

• Session cookie (ANTSESSID) — keeps you logged in. Deleted when you log out or after 30 days.
• Consent choice (ant-consent in localStorage) — remembers your cookie-banner choice.
• Tool preferences — a few tools remember your last settings on your own device.

We do not use advertising trackers or cross-site tracking cookies.

Analytics

We measure which tools are popular using two privacy-friendly methods:

• First-party stats — anonymous counts of page views and tool uses. Unique visitors are counted with a salted one-way hash; we never store raw IP addresses.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — only loads if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, and only if we have enabled it. It is configured with IP anonymization.

If you click "Decline", neither runs.

Advertising

We may show our own promotions (currently for our sister site AiLogoFix). These do not track you across the web. If we ever introduce third-party advertising, this policy will be updated first.

Third-party libraries

Tools load open-source libraries from public CDNs (e.g. jsDelivr). Those CDNs may log standard technical data such as IP addresses under their own policies.

Your rights & data deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your account page, or email hello@allnewtools.com and ask us to delete your data. We will remove your account, saved items, and personal data. Anonymous aggregate stats cannot be tied back to you and are not deleted.

Children's privacy

AllNewTools is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and update the date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
