Does it replace every occurrence?
Yes — "Replace All" swaps every match in the text at once, and shows you the exact number of replacements made.
What's the difference between case-sensitive on and off?
With it off, "Cat", "cat" and "CAT" all match. With it on, only the exact capitalization you typed is matched.
Can I replace with nothing (delete matches)?
Yes — leave the "Replace with" field empty and every match is simply deleted.
Does it treat my search as plain text?
Yes. Special characters like . * ? are matched literally, not as patterns — what you type is exactly what's found.
Is my text uploaded anywhere?
No. Replacing happens entirely in your browser with JavaScript. Your text never leaves your device.
